Graphics
Luckily for us, the game can now pull off even bigger graphical stunts than it could with GTA3.
The pedestrians on the streets will now be much more colorful. With all the improvements, the artists are free to create much more realistic and exciting pedestrians.
If you recall the blur effect from GTA3, when there was an explosion, this effect is making a comeback for GTA: Vice City. However now it will be in the form of a strong "echo" effect of bleaching sunlight.
The graphic level in the game has at least doubled, if not more in some cases. Twice as many polygons and textures are being used on the objects than were in GTA3. The skinned pedestrians and vehicles are looking much smoother, creating a more pleasing atmosphere.
The game is able to display more buildings and generally way more objects for you than it was before. The textures on the buildings, for example, are quite stunning as is evident from the screenshots.
